Q: How long does shipping take?

Q: Do you all have express shipping?

A: Unfortunately, no we don’t at the moment.

 

Q: What does Deadstocks mean?

A: In retail and ecommerce, dead stock refers to the inventory that hasn’t been sold. Dead stock items typically live in a warehouse or a brick-and-mortar store’s stockroom. All of our shoes come brand new, never worn, with their original boxes, and laces.

 

Q: Why does it take so long to receive the product?

A: Here at deadstocksus, we go through an extensive vetting process to verify shoes of authentic nature, absolute order details and delays during the current state of the world due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, as it stands, all international, state and local shipping are catering to medical supplies at this time. Expedited or not. Our team will send out a series of emails to contact/communicate with you during the process of your order details.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: YES. Any order can be cancelled within 4 hrs from the time of purchase. 

 

Q: Can I receive a refund?

Q: Is everything legit? / 100% AUTHENTIC? / How do I know the shoes are real?

A: YES. All of our sneakers have been verified through 3rd party companies as well as our experienced senior shoe verifiers just like a GOAT or  Stock X has. All of our shoes go through the same Stock X authentication vetting process. We pride ourselves on our loyalty and integrity to our customers, and will never knowingly sell anything that is not authentic.

 

 

Q: Who can I contact if I have any additional questions?

Q: Can I resale the shoes?

A: Unfortunately Stock X and Goat won’t accept them due to double brokering clauses. Meaning with us being another third party re-saler, we have contracts in place that allows us to get sneakers verified by some of their authenticators as well as our own team. With that being said, they just return them back to you. However we will be looking to launch our consignment division JAN. 2021 and we will offer a re-saling outlet. In the meantime, you are more than welcome to sell our sneakers on any selling app like eBay or Offer Up.

 

Q: Can I change my delivery address on an existing order?

A: This may be possible in some but not all cases. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address. Please refrain from submitting multiple cases as this can cause further delays.

Q: How do I know I’ll get my product?

A: We do on average about 150+ orders a month. We also have a full review tab on our IG story of people shouting us out and receiving their items. We can assure you that you will definitely receive your items.

 

Q: Are you all hiring at all?

A: We currently have a full roster on our sales reps team so we aren’t currently looking to add anyone at the moment. However we do offer brand ambassador programs to people who buy often.
