Shipping Policy

     Processing speeds vary, but can take up to 11 to 15 business days before an order is boxed and labeled by our shipping department. We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible and as a result, your order may arrive in separate packages. Once an order is processed, the customer will receive an invoice. Once the order ships, the customer will receive an e-mail notification with their tracking information within the 11 to 15 business day timeframe.

    International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees, but cannot guarantee against any unexpected expenses. The inventory on our site unites the items between our Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Miami locations. Orders with multiple items are sometimes fulfilled by both locations and will ship separately. The shopping cart on our site always reflects the shipping location for the added product. 

Cancellation Policy

Any order can be cancelled within 4 hrs from the time of purchase. After that, the order and sale is final.

Authentication Process

All of our shoes go through our quality control authentication & vetting process. All of our sneakers are verified through 3rd party companies. Once that is confirmed, we have the DEADSTOCKS VERIFIED STICKER placed on the shoe box. We also have our own team of senior shoe verifiers double check the authenticity. They have over 20 years of experience in the product production industry. They double check and triple check all orders. Next, they will then attach the gold AUTHENTICATOR TAG with our website’s QR Code to the shoes. Each shoe is individually reviewed BY HAND that they verify. We pride ourselves on our loyalty an integrity to our customers, and will never knowingly sell anything that is not authentic.

Return & Exchange Policy

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

     *PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING* All sales with Deadstocks are final. Deadstocks is a wholesale consignment marketplace, meaning all items we carry and offer on this site are provided by over sea's independent wholesalers. All of our shoes are pre purchased and pre authenticated by our specialty team. Once an item sells online, it is then released to the buyer. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges to the buyer.

     If you have any questions or concerns in regards to sizing, please e-mail us before committing to purchase. Refunds are ONLY processed based on
