Q: What's the shoe selling process?

A: Fill out the inquiry form above. Once inquiry is received, you will then send in pictures of the proof of purchase receipt and the requested pictures of the shoes. (ALL SHOES MUST BE DEADSTOCK and never worn!!!) Next, we will then make you an offer on the shoes. You can then choose to decline or accept the offer. We would then provide you with the address of where to ship the shoes. Once shoes are received and verified, we will then contact you os you can receive your payment. 

 

Q: How do I get paid?

All funds will be sent out immediately to the shipper/customer once shoes are received. Payouts will be sent from us via cash app or zelle. Unfortunately, no we don’t use PAYPAL.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?

A: YES. You must pay for shipping the shoes to our facility. However, upon receiving your payment, we will reimburse you of the shipping cost as well as your payment amount. As long as proof of receipt is visible at time of shipping.

 

Q: What does Deadstocks mean?

A: In retail and ecommerce, dead stock refers to the inventory that hasn’t been sold. Dead stock items typically live in a warehouse or a brick-and-mortar store’s stockroom. All of our shoes come brand new, never worn, with their original boxes, and laces. Proof of purchase must be presented to even receive an offer.

 

Q: How long does it take to receive payment?

A: You will receive payment instantly once shoes are received and verifed. Here at deadstocksus, we go through an extensive vetting process to verify shoes of authentic nature. Typically this is a same-to-1 day MAX process. Our team will send out a series of emails to contact/communicate with you during the process of your order details.

Q: Is everything legit? How do I know I’ll get my payment?

A: YES. We do on average about 150+ orders a month. We also have a full review tab on our IG story of people shouting us out and receiving their items. We can assure you that you will definitely receive your payments.
