All of our shoes go through our quality control authentication & vetting process. All of our sneakers are verified through 3rd party companies. Once that is confirmed, we have the DEADSTOCKS VERIFIED STICKER placed on the shoe box. We also have our own team of senior shoe verifiers double check the authenticity. They have over 25+ years of experience in the product production industry. They double check and triple check all orders. Next, they will then attach the gold AUTHENTICATOR TAG with our website’s QR Code to the shoes. Each shoe is individually reviewed BY HAND that they verify. We pride ourselves on our loyalty an integrity to our customers, and will never knowingly sell anything that is not authentic.

Unfortunately, no we do not have express shipping.

The only express shipping we have is for shoes that our apart of our quick-sale list category. Those shoes will ship out next day and arrive within 3-5 business days. However stock on those sneakers are very limited. Click HERE to view our inventory.

International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees, but cannot guarantee against any unexpected expenses. The inventory on our site unites the items between our Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Miami facilities. Orders with multiple items are sometimes fulfilled by both locations and will ship separately. The shopping cart on our site always reflects the shipping location for the added product.

Any order can be cancelled within 4 HRS from the time of purchase. After that, the order and sale is final.

All sales with DeadStocksUS are final. As a wholesale consignment marketplace, our inventory is sourced from independent overseas wholesalers. Every pair is pre-purchased and authenticated by our specialty team before being made available for sale. Once an item is sold, it is released to the buyer, meaning we cannot process returns or exchanges.

However, if we determine you are eligible for a refund, please note that the refund process takes 4-5 business days to be received and accepted by your bank. Submitting a dispute with your bank during this time will void the refund process, and you will then need to wait 30-60 days to receive your refund. Please be patient and allow the process to complete before taking further action.

Occasionally, yes we do buy shoes from customers. It will just depend on the demand and time of year. However all shoes that we buy MUST BE 100% brand new with the original box and packaging.

We currently have a full roster on our sales reps team so we aren’t currently looking to add anymore at the moment. However we do offer brand ambassador programs to people who buy often.

Unfortunately Stock X and Goat won’t accept them due to double brokering clauses. Meaning with us being another third party re-saler, we have contracts in place that allows us to get sneakers verified by some of their authenticators as well as our own team. With that being said, they just return them back to you stating it has manufacturing flaws or replicated because they’ve already been verified once. However you are more than welcome to sell our sneakers on any local selling apps like a depop, eBay, or Offer Up.

Our pricing is more comically friendly due to our company being able to buy inventory large quantities so we’re able the drive cost down. Also at the same time. We don't have any middle men that need to be compensated. Most consignment stores have to meet a sellers price point, then profit from there. Stock x or GOAT both set prices based on market value that changed everyday AKA hype and demand. They also have actual employees that they need to pay as well as physical location rent. We also don’t sell looking to overprice people. Our motto is and will always be the best prices above retail but under the resale market.

Yes. All of the shoes are authentic. Our sneakers have been verified through 3rd party companies as well as our experienced senior shoe verifiers just like a GOAT or eBay has. All of our shoes go through the same authentication vetting process. We pride ourselves on our loyalty and integrity to our customers, and will never knowingly sell anything that is not authentic.
